At the heart of my life's journey, I am a devoted and loving mother to two incredible children.

Family is my greatest source of joy and fulfillment, and I deeply cherish the meaningful moments we share.

Alongside being a mother, I am happily married, sharing a life rich in love, support, and companionship with my partner.

While I have traveled extensively and built a career as a chef, I am now fully dedicating my time to coaching.

My focus is on Couple/Family Coaching and Life Coaching, where I am passionate about helping others navigate their relationships and personal growth.

My story weaves a colorful tapestry of diverse experiences, reflecting the various facets that shape who I am today. With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and a background as a Chef, my journey initially led me down the paths of creativity and culinary passion. As an artist and chef, I reveled in the artistry of flavors and colors, honing my skills to delight others through my craft.

Yet, amidst my culinary and artistic pursuits, a unique gift emerged—one that I could not ignore. People gravitated towards me, seeking solace and a listening ear, pouring their feelings and emotions into my receptive heart. It was during my tarot readings that I felt a sense of connection, yet I sensed that something was missing—my true calling had yet to be realized.

Driven by an innate desire to empower and uplift others, I embarked on a quest of self-discovery, seeking to integrate all the pieces of my being. It was then that I uncovered the profound value of holistic coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Jungian Coaching. These certifications became the key to unlocking my potential as a transformative coach.

Today, I embrace all the diverse parts that make me who I am—a fusion of creativity, culinary artistry, empathic listening, and spiritual exploration. Through holistic coaching, I draw from every thread of my unique tapestry to empower individuals on their journeys of personal growth and fulfillment.
